Mountain House Autumn Self-Striping Sock (6) - Bedazzled

Autumn is here and so is the newest in our Mountain House self-striping series, Mountain House Autumn. Really, the mountain house seems most at home in the fall, situated among the forests of the Laurel Highlands, nestled in among the rich, warm colors of the foliage that surround it. This is the mountain house colorway I've been dying to dye!

The first photo shows a sample of this colorway knit in our Bounce base over 60 stitches, 2x1 ribbing followed by a modified vanilla bean slipped stitch motif within the stockinette cuff. The second picture shows it dyed up on Bounce (left) and Bedazzled (right).

This was dyed on our Bedazzled base, 75/20/5 SW Merino/Nylon/Stellina, 438 yards, fingering weight., 6.5 - 8 stitches per inch on US 0-2.

Recommended care: Though this is a superwash wool and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.

All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color strengths can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.

We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
